Although it may seem “old-fashioned,” text messaging has been a very effective form of communication for our company. We were able to connect with customers that fall inside a certain age group and aren’t as active on contemporary social networks thanks to text messaging (WhatsApp).
Dislikes :
Given that we are in 2021, the cost of SMS is possibly my least favorite feature. It’s true that it’s simpler to contact customers, but if you set up multiple automatic flows or SMS marketing campaigns, you’ll also need to pay for each SMS sent, on top of the cost of the SMSBump plan (there is also a free plan), and the costs will rise if you have a sizable customer database.
