The fact that our reviews are together on one site is fantastic. I appreciate that we may ask for opinions and critiques from outside sources.

Being unable to respond immediately and being required to log in on the particular account rather than just one primary account that automatically logs everyone in.
Final Summary :
Although we enjoy using review trackers, we have lately started using a few other programs that also feature review tracking. Before to renewing our ReviewTrackers contract, we want to evaluate those.

Ten times easier to gather review data for reports! Having all of our reviews in one location for all of our locations is also fantastic because it makes monitoring much simpler.

I love that I receive all reviews via email. This helps me avoid having to frequently visit each website to check on our performance.

Being unable to respond to some sources directly without logging out of ReviewTrackers (TripAdvisor). When responses are made outside ReviewTrackers, not all review statuses update instantly.

We received terrific deals on all of our properties, which actually gave us what we needed and wanted. Very satisfied with the goods or services!

Excellent user interface, extremely simple to use and grasp the application’s general settings. Given the size of the website, reviews are frequently regulated and extremely credible. The excellent and knowledgeable team also constantly maintains the website.
Dislikes :
The only issue I eventually have is that I have found a few verified reviews that proved out to be fake, which is something that can’t be ignored.
Final Summary
We considered price and functionality when choosing. We believed that Review Trackers offered the greatest value for the functionality we needed.
