Mixpanel is a tool that measures, analyzes, and helps websites with client retention. Mixpanel is a really helpful tool for websites that want to know how their customers interact with their site and the products sold on it, so that website owners can gain a better understanding of their customers’ behavior, identify recent trends, and finally base their decisions on the data collected.
Aside from the powerful analytics, Mixpanel allows customers to view easy and extensive traffic data, generate cohorts, develop funnels, and much more. Mixpanel has a free plan as well as several paid plans, based on the type of business you run and your demands.
Customer’s Reviews Summary:
1. Victor O’s Review:
Likes :
The ability to easily integrate Mixpanel into my website is the best part for me, and the other extension tools provided were useful. Nonetheless, the easiest integrations are my favorite feature of Mixpanel.
Dislikes :
Even though I use Mixpanel, I frequently have to use other platforms to perform analysis, particularly for third-party applications that we use in conjunction with our platform. I’m hoping that in the future, Mixpanel will have enough integrations to allow me to move all of my analysis there.
Final Summary :
Mixpanel is our main analytics software. It helped us understand our users and identify specific points (features) in our platform where users get bored and leave.
2. Kewal A’s Review:
Likes :
Mixpanel analyses your product and how customers use it like no other analytics software available, and the best part is that it is so simple to use that even if you are completely new to product management or product analytics, you will learn how to use it in 15 days.
Dislikes :
Mixpanel does not provide the ability to communicate with your users. This is a major roadblock, until December 2021, they had this feature, which was extremely useful if you needed to send an SMS/PN to your users based on certain events they were triggering.
Final Summary
Mixpanel allows you to analyze your customers’ journey as they use your app. It provides you with insights into your product that you were previously unaware of. It’s one of the most advanced product analytics tools available.
3. Devansh M’s Review:
Likes :
I really like the software’s user interface. It is very simple to use, and one can easily extract insights to learn about the overall activities taking place on the app and use this to help it grow.
Dislikes :
Nothing particularly noteworthy. However, it occasionally delays displaying the data, which hampered real-time data analysis. It would be a problem for those who want to know the app’s performance in real time.

4. Meghna K’s Review:
Likes :
The best part, in my opinion, are the graphs and visualizations provided by MixPanel. The graphs and dashboards can be saved, and the links can be shared across functions to ensure that another team sees the same data as you.
Dislikes :
Because Mixpanel has so many reports and functions that almost always produce the same result with minor differences, it can be difficult to know which feature to use and when.
Final Summary
MixPanel is great in that you only need one software for all analytics use cases. It allows us to see how users interact with our app vs the website, as well as the step with the highest drop-off.
5. Shashwat P’s Review:
Likes :
One of the best features is user analytics, which allows me to see granular user behavior. We also make extensive use of the Group analytics feature because our users are both Businesses and Customers, with Customers representing Businesses.
Dislikes :
We’d like to see more seamless integrations with Slack and other communication and productivity tools like notion. Although email publishing is useful, Slack notifications to leadership with daily reports will be more useful.
Final Summary
Mixpanel is helping us in gaining insights into our users and making decisions based on that information. We track the majority of events in our database as well, but it is extremely difficult to combine and make sense of the data.
