My Fiance called from Nigeria (very expensive call) on February 13,2025 to order and have flowers delivered for Valentines day. He was told the Flowers would be delivered before 5pm on February 13, 2025. Next day February 14,2025 after another phone call and was told the flowers would be delivered on the February 14, 2025 before 5pm. Next day February 15,2025 after another phone call flowers would be delivered on next business day he assumed Tuesday February 18,2025 because of the Holiday. Finally I was given the information because I never received the flowers and to call and find out why. I felt this was a great disappointment to me and should have receive some form of compensation for the error from your company. The operator stated she could only give a refund that will take 3 to five days.
