Every device is guaranteed to be 100% functional regardless of its grade: Fair, Good, or Excellent.
To obtain the Back Label and sell on our platform, each new refurbisher answers a rigorous questionnaire on their operations and quality procedures and are asked to give proof that they’re doing what they say.
In addition, their own in-house experts do anonymous orders every week to personally verify the quality of their refurbishers’ products. If a refurbisher’s quality score goes down they are immediately placed into probation and our own customer service kicks in to take charge.
