    It was quite useful in locating a new supplier for home and business connectivity. Customer service that is both helpful and friendly. A little forceful at the conclusion of the phone conversation to add other services from contractual companies, but overall a positive experience.

    It was difficult for me to connect to the internet at my new residence. I'm a senior who doesn't understand electronics very well. A neighbour was required to assist. But the woman I dealt with at Xfinity to get things up was fantastic! She was a huge help! I didn't catch her name, but she's a gem.

    I'm not sure what occurred the first time I phoned, but I was disconnected. Because the first salesperson failed to obtain my phone number for a follow-up contact and also obtained my personal information, I suspected a fraud. Until I phoned back and spoke with my second agent, who cleared everything and finished my purchase.
