HORRIBLE- I wish I could give 0 stars. First of all- the first batch of putty they send will not work and is dried up so you are force to buy more right away. Then they sent me retainers that do not fit at all (cheaply made) and I cannot wear them. I have to pay for shipping and more putty to make a new impression then am told they will not make new impressions and I should buy a whole new kit for $200 again and start over. Total waste of time, money and truly frustrating. Daren Haltom is a scam artist, please save yourself the money and time and get retainers made at an office
