    My first experience was satisfactory. I paid for my ticket because I live far away from my sister, who booked our ticket. The requirement concerning obtaining a docusign was omitted. It wasn't apparent who was sending it from Mango Tours.

    My questions were answered by the representative. However, I'm having difficulty contacting the number, and no one is answering. But when they do respond, they are quite helpful. Thanks!

    The representative I spoke with was helpful, but it appeared like she was in a rush and wanted me to rely on the email she was about to give me. It is critical to have a firm answer when a consumer is attempting to gather information, especially in a pandemic situation where the country is being rigorous with admittance into the country.

    Some of your agents are uninterested in speaking with you. They appear indifferent and exhausted to respond to queries. And it makes me feel pushed to make a decision, as if I have no choice except to hang up the phone and finish the discussion. Some exceptions- Yves provided exceptional service.

    I gave low because even after buying a one-way ticket, I was notified two days later that I needed to arrange a return ticket. On top of that, a necessary covid insurance with a minimum of $35K was required. There are simply too many people travelling back and forth.
