    I believe they could have changed / repaired some minor errors from the photo I gave, such as a small bit of hair sticking straight up on top of one person's head, which is extremely evident in the result.

    The keychains that I bought turned out beautifully. Because of the confusion with the first associate, I'm only giving it a four. I was concerned that my order would not arrive on time.My order has not yet arrived. Last week, I called and was assured that my item will be shipped out on Friday and that I would receive an email with a tracking number. I have yet to receive the email, and my order is still being processed. This is a birthday present for someone this weekend, and I'm praying it arrives in time.

    The product was fantastic, and I am considering purchasing more. The only issue I had was getting in touch with them to ensure it arrived before Christmas, which it did, but I'm still waiting for the backordered light stand.

    I ordered a heart-shaped 3D laser necklace for myself and a heart-shaped 3D laser necklace for my sister-in-law to commemorate her late spouse. Although the pricing was acceptable, my order did not arrive as promised in an email, and I was alerted that it had been lost in transportation. After that, it arrived suddenly.

    The 3D laser glass appears to be of higher quality than the ones I've purchased.I'm having a few problems. First, even the poorest were more sharp and crisp. To see the image, you'll need to set the lighting just right. Second, I carefully positioned the image in the available space. I wanted the image to be closer to the top and evenly spaced on all sides. However, once you see the photograph, you will notice that it is extremely nicely done and very gorgeous.
