I've ordered from Shout! Factory a number of times and have been pleased with each transaction. The only drawback was ordering two copies of The Thing (Steelbook) in 2020 and never receiving them. They could have been stolen or misplaced by USPS, so I'm not blaming them, but it's worth mentioning.
