This is the second time I've ordered the St. Patrick's Day hat. The gold buckle was entirely folded towards the bottom and I couldn't straighten it properly, therefore I gave it four stars instead of five. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory. What is the purpose of the foam blue disc wrapped in the cap, by the way?
