Excellent customer service, although certain goods were out of stock. When ordering, it would be beneficial if the website displayed items that were out of stock.

I did not receive what I had bought. Packaged sloppily. Clearly, my order was not worth their time. Now I know where I should put my money.

What a fantastic buying experience! I purchased a reel in China. During a lengthy journey period. Finally, I received my reel. Caddis Fly is greatly appreciated.

The stonfo clips and the smhaen dubbing spinner/twister/twirly device have helped me tie significantly stronger and longer lasting flies. The issue I'm having is that I now have to retie all the crappy flies. It's not such an awful issue to have.

All of my orders arrived quickly, and I was very pleased at how quickly they were delivered across the country in such a short period of time. I'll use them again if I don't find what I'm looking for in a local fly shop.
