If I could do a negative star I would easily. I sent my brand new fresh out of the package iPhone 13 Pro to this company August 2nd. I was told the amount I was going to be paid and immediately after researching I went for it. Please do not be as naive as I was. This is literally the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. It’s amazing because they seem so personable at first, answer emails quickly, even spoke on the phone with me as I was nervous about this possibly being a scam and assured me it was not. WHAT A JOKE!! It’s now September 9th and I got cheated out of my $1,100 phone I should have just kept, cheated out of the payment I was consistently told was “in the mail” then received a faulty PDF check with the wrong name, then was told I would get a new check with the correct name in 24 hours…… that was 8 days ago. And I’ve left close to 20 emails, 10 voicemails. Nothing, I got ghosted! Please do not use this company. I’d never write a review but this was just insane to me how patient I was with these people and now I have to take legal action with the owner and company, Nate Bartow who god knows what other scams he had going on after the lawyer did some research, all because I couldn’t even get an email back. Please do yourself a favor and just go to a local reselling shop. Obviously many people have brought up this man as a scammer it’s just a shame really. I’d never write reviews like this and I told them over email several times I understand you guys are a company and I’m being patient… not anymore, what a shame of a “company.”

Do not to get your cellphone screen fixed here. They replaced my screen and it popped off multi week after the fact!!! Presently they won't remain behind their work. I called a few times and left messages however nobody got back to me.

This spot is 100 percent a joke, I halted in Friday with a fresh out of the box new unopened Galaxy s21 + 5g and was informed that in the event that the telephone was opened they would give me $400-500 for it ( mind you the telephone opened still sells for $5-600 on eBay. So I halted in today with the telephone actually spic and span and opened, and fella has the nerve to say goodness the value dropped to $250 that is everything I can do. So in 4 days the cost dropped fifty? Try not to burn through your opportunity approaching to this spot, simply use eBay or track down a respectable organization.

I'm an exceptionally tolerant and deferential client, notwithstanding, recell.io sincerely tried my understanding for a very long time with my younger sibling's telephone. First it took them 2-3 months to fix her telephone and when we got it, the telephone didn't work as expected. It was a cat-and-mouse game I would have rather not taken separated of any longer. The client care is extremely poor and they never hit me up when they said they would. No update, I needed to call once every week to get a report on a basic telephone fix. Now that I am assume to have the money in question returned, it's been fourteen days. I'm actually attempting to snag them to accept my discount. I'm extremely baffled as of now. I wouldn't suggest their administration by any means.

Sent them a working telephone, when they got it they guaranteed it didn't work. Turns out they simply didn't have any idea how to turn it on, got the telephone back and it powers up very much as it did when I sent it to them. They additionally didn't return the case it was sent in.

Awesome staff but DO NOT GET SCREEN REPLACEMENT!!!! I had my past iPhone for three years and it didn’t crack. I finally cracked one and went to get the screen replaced and since have been back two or three times within a short time because I barely dropped my phone and the screen was breaking. Yes it was my fault too but I’v never had this constant issue with my phone breaking until I went to them. I have paid the price of my phone in screens now and still haven’t paid the actual phone off yet.

Worst services ever, would not recommend! I don't know what's going on but feels like recell.io is leaning towards pawn shop mentality. These guys quoted me $30-$40 on a unopened Level Bolt Invisible Smart Lock A3, retails for $199.00. The worker said I have to factor in ebay's shipping and percentage they take from recell.io. So now recell.io customers are covering their business expenses? That's some cluck like business practices ReCell.io, shame on you.

They SCAMMED me.
They SCAMMED me. Sent the telephone to them for exchange March. They told they would send me the actually look at inside in 5 work days. I messaged and was told "We will advance your email along to the executives so they can additionally survey your installment and arrive at back out to you straightforwardly in the span of 24 hours." It's been in excess of an entire month, nevertheless no more answers and no check.

I sent two phones in because everyone talked about how quick and efficient they were -- it's been well over a week since they received the phones with no sign of payment anytime soon. The estimated 3 business days since payment was sent to my PayPal has come and gone and communication has all but ceased. Don't think I would trust them again and hope to see payment soon...
