Simple to use software at an affordable price. I generally use the software's rent/tenant tracking, application, and rent payment features, and it's saved me a lot of time!

It's a major deal that leased doesn't have an accounting feature. Without it, you can't claim to be a one-stop shop for landlords. The user interface is decent, and the functionalities have been satisfactory thus far. Lack of accounting is not a good thing.
