I had issues with my order and was offered a refund. It did, however, take some time.
Having said that, the case was lovely, and the material was excellent. I only wish it was the right size for my phone.

The shipping procedure was unpleasant due to TNT's charge for an import tax. This is still an outstanding request that has not been resolved.
