Except for the Brother sewing machine plate, everything went as planned. It was claimed in the description that it would fit our machine, however it did not. My husband was able to file it down, so we didn't contact for a return. Everything else was fantastic.

Orders are delivered promptly, and if they have a question about your order, they phone you and are quite friendly and knowledgeable. The videos are fantastic. This is one of my favorite stores.
