Amplitude is so simple to use, any PM or engineer can quickly gain insights without the need for data integration, data engineering, or data scientists. Real-time data is available.
Dislikes :
Amplitude lacks some flexibility in order to be user-friendly. There are numerous charts and analysis options, as well as data transformation options, but they cannot do everything that a database and SQL/Tableau can.
Final Summary :
It is assisting my team in collecting a lot more data than we would have if we had used other traditional methods.
It is also helping in the engagement of other teams and more people with product data in order to make more data-driven decisions.
2. Ronin C’s Review:
Likes :
Amplitude, in my opinion, is the most user-friendly tool for creating and analyzing charts for any data-driven company. I would strongly recommend it over any other, which are extremely complex and frequently confusing.
Dislikes :
The only chart that I find difficult to understand is the Impact analysis.
Final Summary
Conversions are one of the most common problems that Amplitude assists us with, thanks to the Funnel Chart.
We can always tell which step requires the most attention thanks to it.

We’ve used Amplitude in our B2B SaaS startup since its early days in 2017, and it’s the only product usage analytics tool we’ve managed to keep.
Dislikes :
We had some issues with the layout of the spaces and dashboards. But, given that we never had to do any training or even read the documentation for Amplitude, the tool’s simplicity vs. power is simply amazing – it’s the only minor glitch we ever had:)
Final Summary
We use it to track adoption per customer account, validate solutions for difficult-to-define performance issues, develop better product hypotheses, and track our North Star metric for product usage. This enables us to create a better product and ensure that our customers use the features we ship.

As a B2B Marketing company, what I like best about Adobe Experience Cloud’s interconnected applications that work in perfect synergistic effects is their ability to comprehensively track performance analytics and optimize user journey experience across multiple platforms to power our conversion funnel.
Dislikes :
When compared to other pre-built easy-to-onboard tools on the market, it takes a lot of effort to learn and understand the tools in order to make the best use of them.
Final Summary
Amplitude allows for the creation of omnichannel analytics by bridging the gap between web and mobile. When creating complex journeys from web to app and app to web, the ability to track and report on both projects is exceptional.

Amplitude has lots of advantages and has been an incredible asset in both my professional and personal lives. The ease of having multiple dashboards within one source saves me a lot of time and adds a lot of value.
Dislikes :
There is a bit of a learning curve at first. To retrieve accurate data, the application must be refreshed on event.
Final Summary
Amplitude keeps me in touch with the customers I manage. I have access to critical data that allows me to be proactive and serve our customers.
