I had a difficult vision of a black catdifficult since there isn't a lot of contrast in his fur. As a result, the photo I submitted rendered horribly for his body, despite the fact that the face looked perfect. My genuine reason for the ranking has nothing to do with the technology, but with the fact that when I asked to pick an alternative photo, I was informed it was not feasible. For $89, I would have loved to have a better produced image of my lovely kitty to remember him by. I would have paid an extra $5-$10 if I had to. All I wanted was for it to appear more like him. I got his expression correct, and that's all that matters, I think.
