The only problem I’ve encountered so far—and I’m not even sure whose end it’s on—is that whenever I start typing a reply to an online chat, my cursor jumps back to the beginning after I’ve already typed a few words.

I enjoy how easy to use both the app’s and website’s interfaces were. Finding what you’re looking for and navigating the site are simple. The dashboard, which presents everything at a glance and in a way that is simple to read and understand, It is definitely my favorite feature.
Dislikes :
I cannot come up with any. I’ve been using Birdeye for about 3 years, and I can’t say that I’ve ever experienced a problem with the website or the mobile app. However, their online customer support was little slow. They take time to answer the quieries.

I always have all of my patient experience reviews in my inbox by six in the morning. Each review appears when I click on it, ready for me to read. The patient would receive a postage-paid experience survey after their session in the past. We didn’t notice back from many of them, so we had to phone them again to find out how their appointment went. Took far too long! Before getting out of bed, I read every review on Birdeye on my phone.
Dislikes :
Slow Customer response time. When i need to ask them something they take too much to answer my questions.

Because I get the Birdeye reports so promptly after the patient’s appointment, if their experience with our office wasn’t positive, I can call them right away and ask them what we can change to give them better service.

I’ve been using several third-party websites for years to keep checks on reviews, directory listings, and more. I appreciate that all of those capabilities can be monitored and handled in real time through a single, user-friendly interface.
Dislikes :
Some features, like voice messaging, should be separated out per business location rather than being sent to our email. We simply lack the bandwidth to allocate it to each of those specific sites.

BirdEye aggregates reviews from many platforms into a user-friendly dashboard. The system is new to me, but I’ve found it to be really simple to use. The auto-response function is fantastic!
Dislikes :
It would be nice if they could change the auto-responses so that we aren’t always saying the same thing. This isn’t really a dislike, more of a suggestion. Although I could type my own response, I greatly value the option of an auto-response.
