Customer’s Reviews Summary:
1. Chelsea P’s Review:
Likes :
I really like everything about Chartbeat, but I’ll highlight my favorites! The real-time data and heads up display features help identify content that is performing well so that it can be surfaced appropriately, as well as providing information on underperforming content so that it can be changed or replaced.
Dislikes :
We should have had this service sooner! Sometimes content appears in multiple separate lines rather than in a single total.
Final Summary :
In real time, I can identify the most popular content. Capable of identifying underperforming content. Finding eye-catching headlines.
2. Matt E’s Review:
Likes :
It is easy to distinguish between loyal, returning, and new users, and the interface is very user-friendly for desktop, where I perform the majority of my work responsibilities.
Dislikes :
I wish some of the historical data went back further, as it would be useful for further research into which stories perform well and which do not.
Final Summary
The spiking feature in Chartbeat is a great tool for determining which news stories and features we publish that day (or ones that are brought back due to the news cycle) perform well.

The data is being transferred in real time and in sections. You can learn about history by sections or by time period.
It’s great to know how you can change your numbers and move information in SEO, social media, and the web by changing a few things thanks to the chartbeat tips.
Dislikes :
You can obtain information from the previous three months. It would be great to be able to compare information from year to year. Another issue is obtaining specific information, as it can be difficult to locate some specific information.
Final Summary
Know who the contents are moving during certain times of the day. Another important feature is getting information for sections, knowing how videos are getting clicks, and, most importantly, knowing how much time you get for each note in the moment and history.
4. Alberto Mario S’s Review:
Likes :
It is extremely beneficial that the tool covers both sides of the measurement: real-time and historical data. Those who created it paid close attention to these two points. This is critical for publishers who work on site performance on a daily basis and plan ahead.
Dislikes :
Internal concepts may take some time to grasp for those who are new to the digital world, but with a little study and practice, they are not difficult at all.
Final Summary
It has assisted us in deciding which stories our audiences value (and which they do not), as well as the times of day when we are strong and when we can work harder. It is also a useful resource for discovering new stories and approaches.
5. Dave S’s Review:
Likes :
Chartbeat has many great features, but my favorites are the Chartbeat Heads Up Display and Headline Testing.
Being able to measure the impact of headlines (and soon images!) against each other, as well as what people are looking at on your website, makes my job so much easier.
Dislikes :
I dislike constantly having to log in, and the Chartbeat mobile app is adequate — not nearly as feature-rich as the desktop version. Having said that, I prefer to work on my desktop computer.
Final Summary
Chartbeat is assisting me in determining which stories and headlines people prefer to read on our website.
We’re learning a lot about headline preferences through headline testing, and the Chartbeat HUD is extremely helpful in understanding readers’ constantly changing attitudes, allowing us to identify the most important storylines worth investing in.
