    Wow, what great customer service! When an order is incorrect, they are extremely customer-focused and will do anything to assist (even when its not their fault). Although I've occasionally shopped at Chewy over the years, I'll now use them exclusively for pet supplies. Chewy deserves a big shout-out.

    When I lost Liam, I was so overcome with grief that I neglected to tell Chewy to stop sending us our regular delivery of weruva. They did so much more than I expected when I contacted to discontinue my subscription. In addition, I received a refund and condolence flowers. Being treated with such empathy by both the Chewy company and the person I spoke with was quite heartwarming. Simon, I appreciate you very much!

    They now ship through Ontrac. that my parcel had been delivered to my front door, but nothing had happened. Neither did any of my neighbours who are all familiar with me. I bought the flea medicine I needed from chewy since a three-month supply was the same as one at my neighbourhood pet store. As long as they ship with Ontrac, I won't be placing another order from Chewy.

    Because dogs don't enjoy the food, I cancelled my auto delivery months ago. I checked my banks, and today there was a withdrawal. My only notice, according to my email check, was at 01:00. I called and informed the woman I had to cancel. Oh well, it's already on the way, and we're unable to give you a refund, she added. awful customer service

    I am overjoyed with Chewy! They've been helping me acquire medications for my 19-year-old cat since I first started using them. For setting up auto delivery, they gave me a terrific deal and discount. I contacted to let them know that my pet recently passed away. To my astonishment, they are returning some of my money. Today when I got home from work, there was a sympathy note and an arrangement of flowers in a vase. What fantastic client service!
