    The service was excellent, however the USB flash sticks were supplied with the incorrect application pre-installed. CustomUSB was recommended, and the devices were returned to be reprogrammed. A return UPS label was given, and the drives were repaired in just over a week; everything is now fine. When the error was discovered, they acted quickly to repair it; excellent customer service.

    Oliver processed the transaction remotely, created a beautiful drive with our brand, and delivered it on schedule. One drive in the batch was faulty.

    The product and service are excellent. The only issue was that our order was not processed by the deadline specified on the purchase order. It wasn't meant to be processed until July 1st or later, yet we got the merchandise and the invoice in June. This is in our budget, which starts on July 1, 2020, and cannot be dated before then.

    This is a really lovely thing for youngsters. Quality appears to be adequate. We did take a break immediately after opening the package. The logo is clean and professional, and everyone like the product.

    I was pleased with the 10 USB 2 GB, but was surprised that one of them was defective. I left a message on the answering machine, but no one returned my call.Thank you once more for a fantastic product.
