    Poor customer service. Nobody is concerned about the problems of the clients. They actually have no customer service. Even if you email them, they do not respond.

    In the month of May, I made three top-ups for a Claro El Salvador phone number,none were delivered, but they charged me and refused to refund the money despite the fact that the service was not supplied!!!!
