I received my vapes and am relieved because l thought l would get scammed according to the negative reviews.

Received email that my Ploox Vapes will be delivered Monday 3 17 2025 FROM USPS. I am so sorry that other reviewers didn't get their paid products. Please complain to the BBB. We DO NOT have money to throw away.

According to post office, label is made and package on way.

We got more than 1 order over a month. The second order all the vapes where bad. Emailed reached out, sent messages on there web pages. No response. More than happy to give them the vapes back, so customer service and response isn't the best. And doesn't seem like they care. So I went searching and put their address into Google pulled up a fda violation and warning but at the bottom gave me the owners name and other email addresses. Will update when and if this problem I have is made right. Bc that is just crappy business.

never buy there. I bought a vape week ago, and absolutely no delivery progress. theyre just creating a label on usps and never send it, dont waste your money

If I could put 0 rating I would. I ordered vape refills 3 weeks ago and at 1st was told it was sitting at the post office and since then I have not received any response back. No refund or another order placed. Please stay away from this company. DO NOT waste your time or money. Poor customer service and no contact phone number.

Ordered vapes from nic shop weeks ago, and my parcel has not even been accepted yet by the postal service- only a label created. The tracking they provide is unable to give any information with regards to whereabouts and further, destination. Attempts at customer service fall upon deaf ears. Run!!!!

Are these guys even operating a business or just a front? I ordered vapes a month ago and still have not received. Nicshop wont get back to me or tell me where my order is. Just a bad look for business and a shame for those that are looking for trusted, online options. ?

I think this is a scam, people. As well put together as this company/site seems, they have no problem taking your $ for vaping products, never shipping them, and going ghost on you. They also dont have a phone # on file anywhere. Consider yourself fortunate if you have purchased from this website and actually received the product. Buyer beware!!!!
