Customer’s Reviews Summary:
1. Jeanne S’s Review:
Likes :
Parse.ly is extremely user-friendly and allows you to get information in real-time, which is often difficult with Google Analytics.
It also provides significantly more information in a single location, rather than having to navigate to seven different dashboards to gather data on a single piece of content.
Dislikes :
The home page has some limitations that may be very specific to my use case. For example, as a global company, I’d love to be able to split data right on the front page of my dashes to see how audiences in different countries interact with content. This is, however, a very specific case.
Final Summary :
I came to my new job with a large amount of content, but no idea how to prioritize updating that content. Parse.ly allows me to see which pieces are getting hits from users in real time, so I can move those to the front of the update queue to improve the customer experience with our brand.
2. Jonathan T’s Review:
Likes :
How fast you can gather information from Parse.ly. You can quickly see how well your posts are performing and why. I like how you can quickly tell where referral traffic is coming from.
Dislikes :
Parse.ly isn’t always specific about how traffic gets to the posts; for example, a post that was highlighted in Google News or Google Discover may end up in the wrong place or discussed in an unclear way.
Final Summary
I’m learning a lot about what works and what doesn’t in search. It can be difficult to tell if a change is immediately effective; that can take some extra time.
However, for the most part, search has benefited.
3. Michael B’s Review:
Likes :
Parse.ly can tell you how many total views there have been, as well as how many have been in the last few weeks or months. I also like how it gives a social breakdown.
Dislikes :
I don’t like that I can’t put my newspaper at the top.
Final Summary
Viewing the comments on a specific story can reveal what types of stories people are not interested in reading.
4. Elissa K’s Review:
Likes :
I like how the statistics are deconstructed by author, article, and month.
Dislikes :
I’d like it to be easier to use. There appear to be numerous features and data to be found.
Final Summary
To some extent, I can see the type of headline that will appeal to our readers. It allows me to be more precise with my language.
5. Ricard M’s Review:
Likes :
Its usability and speed. Additionally, it is simple to understand.
Dislikes :
It’s extremely addictive. I find myself checking it during my off-hours. However, there UI could be more better.
Final Summary
A quick look at what’s working online. It’s easier for me to update content.
