Podium.Com: Read Customer Reviews, Pros, Cons and others
Podium’s local business operating system operates credit card readers for 150,000 content clients, sends personalized SMS messages, creates outbound marketing campaigns, and generates customer reviews. When they first started in 2014, they had the same goal in mind for all local businesses, but soon they discovered that communicating with customers was not just the best method to get reviews, but also the best way to conduct business. Since then, they’ve developed a multi-product platform that is improving local business operations. They are giving nearby companies whatever they require to succeed. With Podium, from one simple platform, you can concentrate your communications, execute text marketing campaigns, gather more reviews, and collect payments.

Getting reviews for your services from clients is quite simple using Podium. When the program is operating correctly, it’s fantastic and a no-brainer. They used to have more dependability problems, but they seem to have them figured out much better now, and I’ve used their software with wonderful success.
Dislikes :
As a techie, Podium’s back end tends to have problems, which is really frustrating. I have MANY situations where my customers click on the review link and write the review in front of me, but Podium never updates to show that I’ve received the review.
Final Summary :
This problem seems to have been fixed, and it has been operating normally for some time. Continue your good work!

The Google review conversion rate is by far Podium’s strongest feature. I particularly enjoy that all (or the majority) of our online correspondence can be found in one location. This makes it easy for our customer care staff to respond to messages sent via Facebook, Instagram, Google Chat, Apple Chat, or our web chat.
Dislikes :
A major issue is customer service. Although everyone at Podium is friendly and helpful, they don’t always follow through on their commitments.
Final Summary
We searched for a review invite platform that would enable us to increase our Google reviews for years without success. With every other site we used to invite reviews, we encountered the problem that our clients could never remember their Google login.

Since we were unable to access the platform after three weeks, it is difficult to identify which aspect I enjoy best. It takes someone a while to respond but everythong seems good.
Dislikes :
They made promises for services they do not provide. No onboarding support. I paid for two locations, but I could only enter one. Modifying the terms and conditions after the agreement, then blocking access while continuing to impose fees. Worst customer service.
Final Summary
Actually led to more difficulties. Hard to contact their customer support.
4. Jordan B’s Review:
Likes :
A company that thinks ahead and regularly releases a tonne of new features.
Dislikes :
Due to the spamming techniques they use, the site frequently experiences problems and malfunctions. Additionally, they update the platform’s key user interfaces or move where certain apps are located without warning or explanation. The chat support is not very helpful.
Final Summary
When the system is functioning, we keep in touch with our customers, and we are able to receive payments by text, which is really useful.

Both the interface and the backend of the tool are simple to use for my staff and clients. Win-win!
Dislikes :
I would have preferred more compatibility between my CRM program and Podium. Podium was not even at blame for that.
Final Summary
With the help of Podium, my internet staff can interact with clients at the precise moment that they wish to do business with us. Not on a conventional online phone or email lead days afterwards. Now, on day 1, we may text the consumer directly from the front door with NO FOLLOW-UP
