Being able to access data about my properties’ online reputation in one place is important to me as Greystar’s marketing manager. The robust custom reports disclose the precise information I require at the precise time. The social suite is quite comprehensive and user-friendly.
Dislikes :
The only thing I would modify about Reputation is to make a clearer distinction between the dashboards for “reviews” and “tickets.” It can be confusing when reviews and tickets are duplicated for the same task.

I have collected all of my reviews for each of my stores in one spot. I like being able to get in touch with my consumers immediately away and offer a solution if anyone has any problems. I can take a snapshot of the reviews that are positive and spread the good news with everyone who needs to hear it.
Dislikes :
The only challenge is having to open and search for reviews and surveys. The fact that they differ makes it less of a problem, but I’d like to know when a new survey or review has appeared by seeing a number or other form of symbol next to the term. Although I can see the bell at the top, many things pass through it. It would be helpful to have a simple number next to reviews or surveys.

It’s fantastic that Reputation delivers surveys to each and every consumer. An auto-response is generated if there is no problem, which is fantastic. Instead of making these engagements every day, I can be more attentive.

I can find objectives to help me enhance my online reputation thanks to Reputation Score X’s insights and suggestions! I appreciate having access to reports in Excel format as well. I really appreciate the variety of statistics and reports that allow me to monitor my progress.
Dislikes :
Connecting to social media was first a little difficult, but as I get a little more familiar with it, it gets easier! For the purpose of building a Microsoft automation that compiles and formats the reports for me, I’d like to be able to schedule specific reports to be delivered to my email as an attachment in Excel format.

Making a strategy for how I’ll keep enhancing my online reputation over the next 30, 60, and 90 days is simple with Reputation. I feel like I’m learning more about how to do things on my own now that I’ve been following their advice for a while!

The way it’s structured and how easy it is to use every day! It combines editable templates of responses, but each one can be changed individually to suit the requirements of each review response.
Dislikes :
I have no dislikes, however because it is such a sophisticated and thorough platform, it might be intimidating for new users. After the integration with all the various platforms, third-party providers, and access points, I first used it to learn about the entire capability before using it to understand how much more efficiently I could write review responses.

Requesting consumer feedback is made easier with Reputation.com. It makes it simple to learn what clients think of our company. The platform is quite simple to use. The ability to reply to reviews and surveys in one location without logging into many websites is something I really appreciate.
Dislikes :
I understand that Yelp’s issue, not Reputation.com’s, prevents you from responding to Yelp reviews on Reputation.com, but I still wish you could. I wish I could customize more of my stored answers.
