When we’ve needed assistance, such as changing the widgets’ styling to match our team, they always come quickly. We have had excellent experiences working with the live chat support team and have always felt helped.
Dislikes :
Although the twitter integration is a great, but it would be nice to be able to modify the wording. The UGC social proof share images are also a fantastic idea, however updating them with our own styling and keeping them as a template would be preferable to customizing each one separately.

So far, we are quite happy. Even before Subscribe, the first pleasant experiences started. We received good assistance in responding to our queries, which helped us in comparing and contrasting ratings with those of other platforms.
Dislikes :
To be able to make adjustments quickly and simply without having to redo the full configuration of the widget, including layout and design, we miss the ability to save and reuse produced widget templates.

It is really a SaaS solution. The review collection can be launched without the use of managed services or technical expertise. The account managers and customer service are both highly responsive. The UI is highly user-friendly for all types of users, and the marketing team may install and manage email templates for company and product reviews.
Dislikes :
The email templates don’t have version control, thus we can’t go back and see changes made between versions or recover previously saved versions.

No noticeable disadvantages, if I were being picky, I would prefer a user-friendly interface for making templates, but this is a minor complaint.
