It’s simple to integrate Shopper Approved with our website and get reviews using it. Jermaine, who originally signed us up, and Marie, our account manager, are excellent at communicating any highlights or uncertainties you might have.
Dislikes :
I haven’t found anything about Shopper Approved that I dislike yet. Since we were only able to use a portion of our free trial—about 2 weeks—I believe that it may just be the lengthy integration period. When they stated that the trial would last for a month.

I would also like to make the recommendation that possibly the emails that are being sent out should be a little more customizable, such as by adding photographs and other fonts.

I love the full-service experience we get while using Shopper Approved. They have been hands-on and wonderful to work with from the very beginning, setting up our account and getting the service functioning properly. They jumped right in to enhance our reviews, are always searching for ways to make our experience better, and are quick to respond when problems occur.
Dislikes :
The only thing I don’t like about it is that the user dashboard sometimes seems to have issues that need to be fixed. When these problems do arise, however, Shopper Approve moves quickly to resolve them.
Final Summary
Through Shopper Approved, our clients communicate with us by posting reviews of the goods they buy. We are able to acquire reviews that we wouldn’t have otherwise been able to get since we offer automated methods for customers to rate their experiences and the things they bought.

I can quickly get in touch with the team and receive a response. I always get the impression that they value my account and business. They provide a quality product and a helpful staff to support it.
Dislikes :
The user interface could definitely use some cleaning up. I occasionally find it difficult to go between reviews, products, merchant reviews, and searching. Although I hesitate to call it poor, it might be simpler to use.
Final Summary
Collecting client reviews and disseminating them to a global audience. After shopper approval, we had monthly review volume that was easily 100 times lower. Reviews can be simply left on Google and other websites.

The reviews’ synchronization with Google is the best part because it increases consumer confidence. I appreciate that a gateway (or dashboard) is available for managing the reviews. We can get in touch with a consumer again, give comments, check their order history, and more. It makes handling reviews really simple. And BigCommerce plays nicely with it!
Dislikes :
There aren’t many things about Shopper Approved that really are bad. If I were to draw attention to anything, it would be the fact that fake reviews are frequently left by customers rather than being removed. The review cannot be taken down if a customer gives them a one-star rating but also writes, “Great company, would do business with them again.” Asking the client to change their review is the only method to have it changed.
Final Summary
We use Shopper Approved to increase consumer trust, brand recognition, authority, and customer input that we will use to improve our entire business strategy.
5. James D’s Review:

The ability of managing and keeping track of consumer reviews. Furthermore, the possibility of showing these reviews on our website.
Dislikes :
We sometimes have technological issues, but their customer service always provides an answer.

We help in gaining the confidence of potential clients. Customers have even said that they felt much safer making purchases from us because of our reviews.
