    Overall, everything went swimmingly! I'll be able to offer a more accurate assessment after I receive my silencer. The only concern was that the fingerprint machine did not collect suitable fingerprints very adequately. It required several attempts to obtain finger prints.

    I'm hoping the e file will be as fast as stated. And I'd give it a 5 if the call or chat lines weren't usually so busy. However, they appear to be informed individuals, and I supported myself in transferring when the one I truly wanted became available again.

    The eform 4 process appeared to be painless and trouble-free for me. The time between docusign and certification might have been shorter, since it was just under two weeks for me, but it's a new procedure and I'm sure they have a lot of them to complete, so it'll definitely go faster over time.

    It eventually worked, however there were issues with both the Silencer Shop and the ATF eforms sites, so it required two sessions with my FFL to finish and certify. But when we did connect, it was a pleasant experience.

    After I placed my order, a list of FFL dealers appeared. The first vendor on the list had been chosen. I didn't want that and tried changing it on the order page. I tried three trimes. It did not work. When I returned to the dealer list, it was clear that I had truly changed the dealer. It was only on the list page that it changed. Not on the menu. I emailed SS and received a response. It's too late. The item has already been delivered to the first dealer.
