    Taxcloud has only been beneficial to us. It's simple to set up and utilise. The only issue we had was with the customer service representative, who refused to put us in touch with tech assistance. Just continued delivering the same information as if it was at our end, however it wasn't. Everything went smoothly once we finally obtained tech help within 10 minutes.

    We're still experiencing problems with duplicate billing, so we're paying twice as much in taxes. I understand that's not your fault, but we're so busy that I wish there was a simpler way to correct it on your website.

    I've had a great time working with the taxcloud team. They are really personal, knowledgable, and helpful in my opinion. One issue we need them to resolve is the payment of 2018 sales taxes. and we need to figure out why our responsibility is accumulating at a different rate than theirs.

    Income reports are perplexing since the income amount is not finalised until the end of the month. I'm having trouble determining the right income before submitting state tax forms.
