    When I placed my purchase, it was for my son, who is graduating this year, but when I received it and looked again, the charm said 2020. The purchase was even placed in 2021, so I'm not clear why the 2020 charms would still be available to assist reduce ordering confusion.

    Despite the fact that we had already purchased, I had to create a new account. It was no trouble at all; the order was prepared in a matter of days, delivered, and arrived a few days later. Everything ran smoothly. We've ordered the double honour cords before and they're of decent quality.

    I received the tassels quickly, and they are of excellent quality. I would have given it 5 stars if the colour was more accurate to the photo. I wanted antique gold, but the tassels I received are more of a drab brown with very little gold shimmer.

    Shipping costs should be calculated based on the weight of the order and the kind of mail used. The price of $9.20 for a 3 ounce container is exorbitant. Thank you. I am pleased with the product quality.

    The tassel was lovely, but the royal blue wasn't quite royal, and the date was a touch cheap. I'm a little upset since I planned to present it to my granddaughter, who recently received her Master's degree. I will keep looking.
