    Overall, it was a pleasant experience. During the purchase and trade-in procedure, the support personnel was quite helpful. My only gripe is the length of time it required to evaluate my trade-in.

There are several choices for personalizing your purchase.Without being aggressive or trying to direct me into the most expensive product, the representative that dealt with me was really helpful and also was able to have a conversation that led my choice to make the best choice for me.
