Stephanie was quite helpful after I pointed out what looked to be a date-related issue in our first reservation. It's a little perplexing since I now have a booking number (confirmation? ), but when you access the itinerary, it says "reservation/confirmation in process." It makes me wonder if my reservation is genuinely confirmed.
