I ordered an item for $24.95. The order from indicated that the shipping charge is $9.99. My credit card was charged $11.98 for shipping, plus tax on the shipping charge. I called Customer Service. They said that their shipper has a surcharge. They should have indicated the same on their order form. I'd have not placed the order since with that "surcharge" the shipping charge is almost equal to the item's price! I think this was dishonest & fraudulent Anwar Ghali, MD
