The planning went quite well. Chelsey communicated effectively and simply, and we couldn't be happier. Our guide, Alex, welcomed us at the airport quickly; his English was good, and he was well-versed about Rio. Overall, we had a terrific and unforgettable time. The only hiccup was that transportation from the airport to our hotel did not go smoothly. Alex had to obtain an Uber-style vehicle, and it was pretty little, so our bags had to sit on our laps.
