It was a good starting point for a first-time self-publisher. I don't believe the employees grasped my topic. I responded to further questions in a timely manner, however I overlooked some of the facts. I suppose it would be preferable to submit your own cover if the graphics stock was not as deep as promised. During pre-distribution, staff contacts changed often.
