Total scam!!! They offer you a cheap rate, then tell you it was not confirmed by the airline. Then they said it is impossible to cancel your reservation (the one that was not confirmed by the airlines). They imitated they are transferring your call to the airline, but that is one of their team. That person that was pretending to be a Lufthansa representative told me, that my reservation can't be cancel before the date of my return from the trip ... can you imagine that?!?!? I had to close and replaced my credit card.
