I enrolled in the program 9/23/22, I only wanted to enroll one debt but the "sales" person encouraged me that all my debts needed to be enrolled for the best possible outcome. I have not missed one payment and was instructed to stop paying on my accounts. On 9/24/2022 I received an email stating that of my accounts they would be working on. The balance was $288 now its almost double that as this account has never been settled. They settled my largest account first and let my 4 credit cards jut sit and collect more interest and late fees. I have called and chatted with multiple people and every time I talk to someone, I get a different answer when it comes to concerns. I was told my payment would be $234 a month. When they got my first settlement my payment went up to $260 a month. Today Eva A. stated to settle the other accounts I would need to pay almost $280 biweekly or $560 a month. That is more than what I was paying prior to enrolling. I called have multiple times requesting when they get any offer to please call me and if I was able to add funds to take that offer I would. This has never once happened. I called Capital One today and was told they have reached an agreement with five lakes accounts ending in 7599 $300, 3691 $397.50, and 4932 $122.36. If this is true, I was never called to accept this settlement. Albert stated that the sweet spot is 120 180 days to declare financial hardship. We are now at 279 days almost 100 past the sweet with no resolution or time frame. I have asked multiple times how much my payment would have to be a month to get things taken care of I couldnt get a straight answer. They have not taken the time to answer my questions or tell me the best course of action for my accounts while still collecting my money each month. My credit is absolutely shot because I followed their advice and pushy salesperson to enroll debts I did not want to enroll. I have requested managers to call me and they arent able to give a clear answer.
