when i first got simply bits about 2 years ago it was the best thing since sliced bread. however for the last 17 days i h ave had intermittent connection. I emailed customer support that is beyond a joke i dont think any of them can read or write. they certainly cant read and write professional emails 17 days just about every 2-15 minutes i file for support stay away far far far far away
