We ordered a MacBook Pro from Plug.tech. We�ve had nothing but issues getting it. The first order was canceled without notice so we tried to order again, as the computer was out for delivery. They put a return to sender notice on the computer. I contacted their tech-support and they said a glitch in their system caused them to think that this was a fraudulent order, but when it returned, they would resend it and I would have it in a few days. When it returned, they refunded my money minus $30 four a return to sender fee. I have contacted them about this and all they say is that I can re-order the computer. Do not buy from this company. This has been a month-long hassle. We needed this computer a month ago. We still don�t have it and they are making me pay for a glitch in their system. You can see the glitch in their system every time you login because where it should have your name as the user account it has somebody else�s name every single time you login.
