SCAM!!! Terrible. Honestly if there was an option to give them zero stars I would. We purchased a rug for a client. We went thru great lengths communicating with the company to ensure it was the rug we were asking for, especially since they continued to mess up the invoice. And after all that, we received the wrong rug. It was similar but NOT what we sent photos of or what we asked for in writing . They would not take a return or allow us to talk to anyone. I felt like we were dealing with robots. Do not support or trust this company!
