!!! ENVIRONMENTALLY UNFRIENDLY!!! Does this make sense to you. They throw out the boxes my cat food comes to them in because its more convenient for the size of their shelves. So they throw out the boxes boxes so I can buy boxes to put it in??? I think thats a no-brainer when it comes to helping the environment. I ordered 3 boxes of 12 packets of cat food. Because of the size of their shelves, they took all 12 packages out of three boxes and just put the packets (36 of them) in a cardboard box and shipped them. I think most people, like I, keep our cat food in the kitchen. How can I store one big cardboard Olsens remains officially listed as his box in my cabinet or pantry? Now I have to go and get containers to put the packets in so theyre manageable in my cabinets. They told me all of this while I was saying this makes no sense environmentally and they never would address that aspect, except to say that what they do for the environment is get boxes from stores around them to ship product in. That is wonderful, but come on(!), this also saves them money on doing business and it benefits them, so I have to question that after seeing how much they DONT CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT wouldnt even consider a suggestion or answer a question directly. CUSTOMER AND ENVIRONMENTALLY UNFRIENDLY!!!!
