The quality of Blurb's books is simply exceptional. For the rest of our lives, and the lives of our children, our book will be a treasured record of our first 15 years. Although some of the images are a touch dark, this is most likely our problem more than Blurb's. I'll keep using Blurb to create picture albums.
There have been a few issues and anomalies with my prints (damaged, peeling finish, colour variation, dust jacket not centred), but generally, and especially with customer support, I'm definitely at a 3.5.
