It's delightfully thick, soft, and toasty - excellent quality. It's a custom size, so it fits precisely in our space; we couldn't have gotten this with a store-bought rug. We gave it four instead of five stars since the colour of our rug was not as expected. Still extremely good, but not precisely as ordered, so keep that in mind.
