I've been a client for many years now and have never had a problem with service or quality. I'm just disappointed that your lobby is still closed. I've always like going in and uploading my own photos and miss having that customer retail interaction. I'm a hands-on person, so ordering something online may be perplexing, and if it's the incorrect size or whatever, it's a whole other ballgame to figure out.
