When required, solid communication and design support are provided. We had a few difficulties uploading our photographs; we might use some more specific instructions on how to reduce image file sizes and set colours so that they print appropriately. Some of these items are not mentioned in the current template or tooltips for uploading photos until you try to checkout (which is a nasty feeling when you're on a deadline!)
