There were no issues with the paper product. The issue is with shipment. The boxes in the first and last orders were crushed during transportation. The paper is no longer spherical, and the black plastic insert is broken, so it no longer fits or works in the printer. I've been purchasing this paper from you for the past ten years. So I'm guessing it's UPS that's causing the damage.
