Customer service is excellent; when a skein was missing from my order, they promptly delivered a replacement. I only wish I could select my shipment speed/service. I used to be able to obtain FedEx Express, which arrived reasonably quickly to Hawaii, but now it appears that my only option is US Postal Service, which is notoriously sluggish, especially outside of the contiguous 48. Also, I'm disappointed to discover that the order quantity required for free delivery has increased. But Hobbii is still doing well enough that I buy from them more than anywhere else!
