The agent assigned to assist me seemed dismissive of the majority of my issues. I've been having a lot of problems with plugins, but I was told that they weren't interested in helping me figure it out because I was using a rather experimental hack to run the plugins on Fabric. They did provide me with precise instructions for repairing my only other mod, but there was no direct technical help, and none of my problems were resolved.
